First Century Holy Land Artifact Popularized in U.S.

A Holy Land artifact that dates back to the time of Jesus is expected to draw Christians’ interest in celebrating the roots of their faith.

Dubbed The Jesus Boat, the 27-foot wooden fishing boat was discovered by two brothers in 1986 in the Sea of Galilee after a drought. The vessel, dated to the first century, was preserved and put on display at the Yigal Allon Museum in Israel.

A report in the Los Angeles Times says "Workers repairing a sewage pipe in the Old City of Jerusalem have discovered the biblical Pool of Siloam, a freshwater reservoir that was a major gathering place for ancient Jews making religious pilgrimages to the city and the reputed site where Jesus cured a man blind from birth, according to the Gospel of John."

OK everything you post on here is either irrelevant to the catholic faith, or is unoriginal. You seem to be the type of person that a priest ought to deny the eucharist to because of your apocryphal points of view and your heretical approaches to "current events". As for this particular post, no one cares and this is old news.

@Xinamoment88X - ARE you Catholic? You are awfully judgemental. Why don't you scroll down my posts and see if it is SO unCatholic? Why would you deny me the Eucharist? Because I love the Lord and try to honor him. Because I post articles that show the church more credible? Or are you just someone trying to ruffle my feathers? I care about this post that is why I posted it. I guess that makes me a nobody to you. That is fine. Because the LEAST SHALL BE FIRST and The First shall be last in the Kingdom of God. So I am okay with you thinking I am irrelevant.
